Georgia is a property lawyer specialising in commercial property projects in both the public and private sector, having joined the firm in 2017.

Georgia has advised charities, corporations and government departments in relation to acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters. In the education sector, Georgia has acted for the Department for Education in relation to the real estate aspects of the UK Government's free school programme, as well as universities, further educations colleges and academies.

In the private sector, Georgia's experience extends to acting for chemical companies, retailers, engineering firms and private developers.

Georgia spent six months on secondment at a real estate asset management company, during which she obtained significant experience in real estate finance and portfolio matters.


Examples of experience includes advising:

  • Department for Education in relation to the acquisition and development of new free schools 
  • A multinational chemicals manufacturer in connection with disposals of redundant sites
  • Reece Group Limited on various landlord and tenant matters at their Armstrong Works HQ
  • A national youth charity in relation to registration and disposal of unregistered assets
  • Private landowners in connection with an option to purchase granted to a national housebuilder.
