- Various government departments in the grant of farm business tenancies under the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 and succession tenancies under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986
- The National Trust in relation to various commercial leases and agricultural tenancies, the grant of easements for services and the sale of freehold and leasehold properties
- Private landowners in a variety of commercial property and agricultural matters, including the negotiation of collaboration and promotion agreements for the development of land in private ownership.
