He brings decades of experience advising on complex cross-border mandates to Womble Bond Dickinson's team. His work spans the full energy spectrum—from LNG and power to renewables and nuclear—with a strong focus on energy transition and decarbonisation strategies.
In his previous roles, Colin has advised global clients on major gas value chain project developments, micro-solar and new applications (such as data centres), and a range of transformative projects in the power sector such as EDF’s Sizewell C nuclear project, Vietnam’s coal-to-gas transition, and reforestation efforts for TotalEnergies.
He is fluent in Mandarin, French and Spanish.
