Chris Nyberg is a licensed patent agent  whose practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. He brings a diverse engineering background to his legal work, with hands-on experience in both the oil and gas and civil infrastructure sectors.

Chris earned his degree in Petroleum Engineering and gained industry experience working as a roughneck and pumper during summer internships. After graduation, he transitioned into civil engineering, where he designed transportation and pavement systems.

Prior to joining the firm, Chris served as a judicial intern for United States District Judge Marcia A. Crone in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Texas.
