Chloe joined the LSC Real Estate team in 2020 whilst completing her Paralegal Apprenticeship with CILEx, which she successfully achieved in September 2021.
She is now the lead paralegal for the Planning work undertaken by her team, which includes the drafting and negotiation of various Infrastructure Agreements with national housing developers and local authorities. Alongside the planning work, Chloe is also responsible for post-completion work, which includes dealing with any Stamp Duty Land Tax and the submission of Land Registry Applications for commercial property matters. She also works on behalf of purchasers for bulk plot sales transactions and has experience of the pre-completion and post-completion tasks required at all stages of the process.
Alongside managing her own busy and diverse caseload caseload, Chloe prides herself in providing support and guidance to other paralegals within the team and she supervises other paralegals' work before it is circulated externally. As an experienced member of the team, Chloe also assists with integrating new projects and developing processes and guidance documents to support the team.
