Callum is a paralegal in the Litigation Services and Commercial Projects (LSC Pro) team, part of WBD Advance; the firm's alternative legal services group composed of over 100 lawyers, paralegals, project managers, technologists and data analysts. The group provide high volume services and project support to more than 200 clients every year.
Callum works mainly in our insurance workstream with a strong settlement track record. His work includes high case load management, creating legal documents, and disputing with third party insurers regarding claims being made by our clients. This leads to high contact with both the client and insured individuals. Callum has recently been providing clear and tentative training to new starters in the team. In addition, Callum has also collaborated on projects and tasks including mass file transfer and most recently assisted in reviewing contracts for a large family holiday park company in preparation for a financial restructuring.
