Caitlin primarily works with the LSC Real Estate team and plays an integral role in the post-completion team, dealing with numerous Stamp Duty and Land Registry application for various transactions throughout the firm. Within this work stream, Caitlin is one of the go-to people for Stamp Duty related queries and nuances. The team also handle bulk plot sales, dealing with all the pre and post completion elements of the transfers.

Caitlin also supports the residential agreements team, dealing with certificates of compliance, deeds of variation and freehold/ garden land transfers for various developers; the CHL Sales team, which provides reports on titles and auction packs for receivers, as well as dealing with the both the auction and private sales; and the planning workstream, assisting both National Highways and Developers on the agreements required, mostly involving S.278, S.38 and S.104 Agreements.

  • Planning - Taylor Wimpey - Negotiating planning agreements across developments, including S.38, S.104 and SUDs agreements

  • Residential - Bellway Homes Limited - Dealing with various Deed of Variation requests pertaining to S.121 LPA 1925 and rent charge provisions
  • LBTT - Greggs - Handling the submission of three yearly LBTT returns for Scottish Leases.
