Ben Gross advises clients on consumer financial services regulations, with a focus on mortgage servicing, origination, and marketing, as well as state licensing, federal and state data privacy laws, contracts, vendor management, and intellectual property. He has deep familiarity with developing corporate policies, procedures, and products to ensure compliance while achieving business goals. Ben has lived the client experience, working across various internal departments to coordinate and respond to federal and state examinations.

Ben knows his clients are concerned about regulatory and compliance issues, so he listens and explains complex concepts in plain language. He takes a proactive approach and provides his clients with a roadmap to identify and avoid the pitfalls along the way. He is proud of his ability to work collaboratively with leadership and development teams throughout the process of conceptualizing, planning, and launching new products.

Clients appreciate Ben’s technical background, informed by his computer science degree. Prior to his legal career, Ben worked as a project manager for a well-known financial company, where he created custom reporting tools for loan servicing, portfolio management, and executive reporting.
