Anna is a solicitor based in the Newcastle office.
During her training contract, she completed seats in Real Estate and the Construction and Engineering team where she has worked on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Anna previously worked as a paralegal in financial disputes and investigations prior to beginning her role as a trainee in 2024, and has continued to develop her litigation experience by supporting clients with construction and engineering disputes including High Court litigation proceedings and adjudications.
Anna's transactional experience includes the preparation and negotiation of design and build contracts, collateral warranties, consultant appointments, leases, licences to assign and alter and other ancillary documents
