Angelene specialises in EU and UK competition law, advising on merger control, abuse of dominance and anticompetitive agreements.
She has been involved in cases before the European Commission as well as national competition authorities in major jurisdictions around the world.
Angelene has advised major companies in a wide range of business sectors such as agribusiness, chemicals, cosmetics, electronics, food and beverages, financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, technology, telecommunications and transportation.
She gained a regulator's perspective whilst working in the Antitrust Enforcement division of the UK Competition and Markets Authority. She also recently spent a year in-house at Sky in the Competition and Regulatory legal team, where she worked on the regulatory clearances required for the acquisition by 21st Century Fox.
Angelene has undertaken significant postgraduate studies, including a Masters in EU Competition Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics for Competition Law.
