Andrew joined the firm in 2007 originally working in the Conveyancing department. He joined the Leasehold Disputes Team in June 2008. He graduated from the University of Sunderland in 2003 with a Law degree and from Northumbria University in 2004 with a post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
He was admitted to the roll of solicitors in January 2016. Andrew specialises in complex and technical issues concerning covenants and provisions within leases and transfers, including breach of covenant, obtaining injunctions, court determinations, forfeiture of leases and issues arising in circumstances where leaseholders/registered proprietors have passed away, lost capacity or cannot be found.

- Advocacy, obtaining judgments, service of Section 146 notices, forfeiture of leasehold titles, applications to the Land Registry, obtaining Charging Orders, evictions, and First Tier Tribunal applications
- Dealing with debt recovery actions along with bankruptcy and IVA issues in relation to property
