- An administrator - on a sale of two partially completed student blocks under a conditional contract and including drafting and negotiating heads of terms with confidentiality and rights of access clauses, an exclusivity agreement and a supplemental agreement to deal with the buyers failure to complete
- A holder of a charging order - selling two residential leasehold properties under threat of forfeiture with a prior charging order, achieving a successful conclusion for the client
- A lender - carrying out due diligence for refinance purposes on a range of property portfolios including agricultural land, industrial estates, retail parks, care homes and residential lets A renewable energy client - drafting option agreements, transfer and easements for a large scale renewable energy project.
