Alice qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in March 2023 but has been with the firm for eight years, where she has delivered advice and assistance to a number of clients on all aspects of debt recovery including a variety of enforcement and insolvency work. Alice has experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial dispute resolution and litigation and has also dealt with a number of highly complex matters such as winding up proceedings and threatened injunctions.
Alice now leads on a dedicated team specialising in CPR 55 possession claims for both secured lenders and landlords and also the appointment of Receivers under the Law of Property Act 1925. This includes pursing and enforcing high-volume possession claims, dealing with warrants of eviction and appointing Receivers over properties following the Borrowers breaching their Mortgage Terms and Conditions.
Outside of her team, Alice has also assisted other teams and areas of within the business in respect of AD-HOC commercial disputes and debt recovery matters as well as with disclosure projects.
