Sarah specialises in a range of commercial property transactions but predominately focuses on property portfolio management in the retail, public, manufacturing and education sectors advising on landlord and tenant issues as well as acquisitions and disposals. She also advises on the real estate elements of corporate acquisitions.
Highlights of her career to date include acquiring multi-let retail parks and industrial estates for public sector clients, dealing with the acquisition of a headquarters in London for fast-growing retail client and assisting with the acquisition of RWE's new Grimsby Hub operation base which was set up to enhance collaboration in offshore wind projects. Sarah also undertook a secondment to national retailer, New Look, where she gained invaluable business insight working in-house.
Sarah has also acted for a variety of banks in relation to secured lending dealing with a complex mixed-use developments valued at over £60m.
