He has successfully tried cases to verdict and resolved numerous matters through favorable settlements.

In addition to his automotive practice, Paul represents multinational real estate investment firms, hotel operators, resorts, and commercial and residential property owners in a wide range of disputes. His experience includes wrongful eviction and unlawful detainer actions, lien-related litigation, premises and property disputes, and counseling clients on day-to-day risk management and compliance issues affecting their operations.

Over the course of his career, Paul has handled matters involving financial services, wrongful foreclosure, products liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, class actions, toxic torts, landlord-tenant disputes, and personal injury litigation.
