Christopher’s practice focuses on advising clients on sophisticated financing structures including corporate credit facilities, project financings, and tax equity investments. He counsels clients on energy-related transactions including power purchase, interconnection, and renewable energy credit agreements. He also advises on letters of credit and tax-related matters such as sales and use tax incentives and compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Christopher served as associate counsel for Heelstone Renewable Energy, LLC.
