Womble Bond Dickinson partner Joe Kelley has been appointed as a committee member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), the recognised body representing practitioners specialising in this area.
Joe is a partner in the firm’s Private Capital team and advises on complex, sensitive and high-value disputes involving trusts, wills and estates. As one of small number of ACTAPS members based in the North East of England, his appointment reflects both his experience in contentious trusts and probate matters and the firm’s continued strength in this field.
Commenting on his appointment, Joe said:
“It is a privilege to have been appointed to the ACTAPS committee. ACTAPS plays an important role in supporting and promoting excellence in contentious trusts and probate work, and I’m looking forward to contributing to that work while helping to represent practitioners in this specialist area.”
