Lane is a solicitor in the Construction and Engineering team, advising on both transaction and contentious matters having gained experience as both a paralegal and trainee solicitor in Construction.
In respect of transactional matters, her experience includes negotiation and drafting of construction documents such as JCT contracts, design team appointments and collateral warranties, as well as, assisting on real estate finance transactions. Lane has a range of experience acting for clients in public and private sector including government departments, local authorities and private developers.
