Christopher Greenidge

Christopher Greenidge works with financial institutions, consumer lenders, mortgage lenders and brokers, mortgage servicers, sales finance companies, FinTech firms, and other financial services clients on a wide range of state and federal regulatory matters.

Earlier in his career, he served as Associate Counsel in the New York State Assembly, supporting three legislative committees by drafting bills and proposals, researching case law, and providing guidance on statutory interpretation and matters of precedent. He also has experience as a Legislative and Regulatory Developments Attorney on a compliance team, gaining hands-on exposure to regulatory guidance and implementation.

During law school, Christopher interned in the North Carolina General Assembly for Senator Daniel T. Blue, Jr., clerked for the Honorable Justice Milton A. Tingling in the New York State Supreme Court, and represented clients in bankruptcy and foreclosure matters through the North Carolina Central University School of Law’s Consumer Financial Transactions Clinic.
