William focuses his practice on mass tort litigation, insurance coverage litigation, § 1983 defense, and product liability defense. He represents insurers, corporations, and governmental entities in state and federal courts, assisting clients through every stage of litigation, from initial investigation and discovery to trial and appeal.
William approaches each case with a meticulous attention to detail and a practical understanding of his clients’ broader goals. Whether defending municipalities against constitutional claims or counseling insurers on coverage, breach of contract, unfair and deceptive trade practices, or bad faith issues, he is committed to developing clear, effective strategies that serve his clients’ best interests.
Outside of the office, William enjoys spending time outdoors and cheering on the Tar Heels.
