Monica Lester is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group whose practice focuses on representing corporate clients in insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, construction, and general liability matters. She also has experience in D&O representing HOA boards and professional malpractice of attorneys, engineers, and architects. She has over 24 years of experience in litigation and over 12 years of experience representing insurers and third-party administrators in complex coverage and bad faith disputes. Her work involves all types of insurance policies, including commercial general liability, property, construction, directors and officers, automobile, and others.
Prior to joining the firm, Monica served as claims counsel for Mountain States Mutual Casualty Company.
