Kory Koerperich handles appeals, writ petitions, and complex litigation in Arizona and Nevada. He combines the analytical rigor of an appellate attorney with practical trial experience to help clients and trial teams navigate critical legal issues.

As an appellate attorney, Kory represents clients in state and federal appellate courts, but he also works alongside trial lawyers before, during, and after trial.  He regularly assists with dispositive motions, sanctions, motions in limine, trial briefs, jury instructions, verdict forms, and post-trial motions, helping ensure that critical issues are effectively presented to the trial court and also strategically preserved and positioned for appellate review.

Kory began his career as an appellate law clerk to the Honorable Justice Kristina Pickering of the Nevada Supreme Court and then prosecuted criminal cases in northern Arizona before joining the firm.

Kory brings a steady presence to complex and high-stakes litigation. When he is not working on a case, he enjoys traveling with his wife and kids and sharing good food and conversation with family and friends. He also enjoys following sports, particularly basketball, and playing golf.
