Jason R. Simon

Jason Simon is of counsel in the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group, concentrating primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and governance, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He is a detail-oriented and hands-on advisor to business owners across multiple industries, including experience with tribal and international clients. In addition, he has extensive experience representing buyers, sellers, lenders and other stakeholders in commercial real estate transactions.
