Talley is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, where she focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. She regularly represents developers, tax equity investors, and lenders in renewable energy projects. Her practice also includes representing developers, real estate investment firms, corporations, institutional investors, and other holders of real estate interests in connection with the development, acquisition, disposition, financing, and operation of a wide variety of asset classes, including multifamily residential complexes, hospitals, office buildings, industrial facilities, mixed-use projects, and other commercial real estate assets. In addition, Talley has experience assisting with real estate-secured financing transactions and representing lenders in loan transactions.
