Andreas Mosby is a seasoned employment litigator who advises and represents employers nationwide in a wide range of workplace and labor matters. He serves as a trusted advocate for employers at all stages of disputes—from pre litigation counseling and risk management through litigation, trial, and administrative proceedings.

Andreas represents employers in state and federal courts and before federal, state, and local administrative agencies, defending claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, restrictive covenants, labor relations, and other complex employment disputes. He also has significant experience advising employers on affirmative action compliance and representing clients in connection with OFCCP regulations, audits, and enforcement actions.

In addition to employment related matters, Andreas represents counties, municipalities, and public officials in complex civil litigation involving constitutional and civil rights claims, including actions brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging violations arising under the United States Constitution.

Beyond litigation, Andreas regularly counsels business leaders on day to day employment issues across the full employee lifecycle, including hiring practices, performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, accommodations, leave compliance, internal investigations, and policy development. His approach is practical and business focused, helping organizations mitigate risk, maintain compliance, and position themselves to prevent disputes before they arise.

During law school, Andreas gained valuable experience clerking for the Honorable Lucy Inman of the North Carolina Court of Appeals and completed a residency with the National Labor Relations Board (Region 10), where he obtained hands on exposure to traditional labor matters. He also worked closely with in house counsel and business stakeholders at The Fresh Market, Inc. as a summer associate, gaining insight into employer decision making within complex operational environments.
