Kristina Moore is a veteran political operative, with a successful career at the center of law, politics, and the media.  She advises leaders in highly regulated industries, with a focus on policy and legal challenges that have gained the attention of the national news media and policymakers in Washington, D.C.  As such, she leverages nearly 24 years of experience both in Congress and K Street to advise companies navigating challenges associated with new Administrations, Congressional inquiries, class action litigation, state attorney general investigations, and unique bet-the-company crises and challenges.

At Womble Bond Dickinson, Kristina leads the Congressional Investigations and Crisis Management practice. Since joining the team in September 2023, she has helped multiple clients navigate Congressional inquiry and public scandal.  Kristina has also provided essential support to an Automobile manufacturer under investigation by the Department of Justice, and helped multiple executives navigate public scandals. Recently, she has been supporting clients as they navigate through the meaning and impact of Executive actions, helping them to make better business decisions amidst unprecedented uncertainty.

In her time on Capitol Hill, Kristina was well known for her hard hitting investigations into Toyota’s Sticky Gas Pedal, Solyndra, the relationship between U.S Auto Manufacture and the Obama Administration, Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, and John Beale, a civil servant who pretended to be a CIA agent to exploit government benefits. In her 14 years on the Hill, she served as Senior Counsel to both Chairman Darrell Issa and Ranking Member David Vitter, as well as the role of Staff Director to Jim Jordan and James Lankford, two subcommittee Chairmen at the time. Congressman Jordan is now Chairman of House Judiciary and Mr. Lankford is the Senator from Oklahoma.
