Singh’s extensive legal experience spans Am Law 100 law firms to in-house counsel roles at publicly traded global companies. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and domestic and international transactions in the government contracting, technology, and financial services industries. Prior to recent in-house positions, Singh was an associate at Womble from 2014 to 2020.
