During the program, interns are assigned to administrative or operational departments within our North Carolina offices in Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Raleigh, Research Triangle Park, and Greensboro. Alumni Referral Program
We always are looking to add talented attorneys and staff to our team. With that in mind, we have introduced an Alumni Referral Policy to compensate alumni for talent referrals we hire.
Referral fees are available for all available positions. Our current openings are listed at our Career Portal and on our new Alumni Network Referral page, but we are interested in adding the right lateral talent in many other practice areas as well.
To make a referral (and earn a referral fee of up to $50,000), simply complete the form at the Alumni Network Referral page. This link also includes more details about the Alumni Referral Policy.
If you have additional questions, please reach out to Lori Reese Patton, Chief Recruiting Officer, or Kate Rooney Thomson, Director, Lateral Recruiting.
