Rajan Singh is a strategic and results-driven corporate and securities lawyer. Raj’s transactional practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, licensing and joint venture transactions, venture capital investments, and reorganization and financial restructuring matters. Raj has also represented financial advisors in providing fairness opinions and related valuation matters.
Prior to rejoining private practice, Raj served as in-house counsel for publicly traded global companies, which has equipped him with a practical, business-oriented perspective for solving his clients' challenges. Earlier in his career, Raj practiced in the financial restructuring groups of two large law firms.
