Womble Bond Dickinson Atlanta IP attorneys Kate Johnson and Brendan O’Dea aren’t just putting their IP skills to work on behalf of clients. They also are passing along their knowledge to Georgia Institute of Technology students.
O’Dea has taught a Patent Prosecution course at Georgia Tech for several years. Recently, Johnson guest lectured to the class about trademarks, design patents, and copyrights to teach the students about other forms of IP, and in particular the forms of IP that protect the visual.
This was her second time speaking to O’Dea’s class. Last year, she discussed patent litigation.
