Womble Bond Dickinson (U.S.) LLP is proud to announce leadership transitions in the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee as well as the Women of Womble (WOW).
Lisa Moyles will become the new Chair of the firm’s DEI Committee. She succeeds Kevin Hall, whose term is expiring. In addition, Tara Cho will serve as the Vice Chair of the DEI Committee, and when Moyles’ term expires in 2026, Cho will become DEI Committee Chair.
The DEI Committee leads and directs the firm’s comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Hall will continue to serve on the Firm Management Committee and as WBD’s Columbia, S.C. Office Managing Partner. He is a commercial litigator and political law attorney with almost 30 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, administrative law, education law, and First Amendment law.
In addition, Amy Clayton will succeed Cathy Hinger as WOW chair. WOW is a network of women lawyers dedicated to supporting the professional success of one another through intentional acts of mentorship, collaboration, and sharing of opportunities.
“Diversity, equity and inclusion are extremely important to our firm, and with Lisa, Tara, and Amy assuming these new roles, we have three great leaders to help us work toward these goals. I’d also like to thank Kevin and Cathy for their outstanding leadership and continued service to the firm.”
Clayton is a Real Estate Partner in the firm’s Greenville, S.C. office. She advises clients in commercial real estate transactions, commercial finance, commercial leasing, commercial property tax appeals, business formations, and general real estate and corporate law.
Hinger, a Partner in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group, recently was appointed WBD’s Washington, D.C. Office Managing Partner. She has been pivotal to WOW’s evolution and success during her more than eight-year tenure as the group’s leader.
