
Kate Johnson is a member of the firm’s Patent Prosecution & Litigation group where she helps clients protect their intellectual property rights. Kate assists clients with patent, trademark and trade secret litigation, trademark portfolio management, licensing, global NDAs, start-ups, international trade, global compliance, drafting documents, and research. She is a co-author of WBD’s Georgia IP Litigation Blog.
Prior to entering law school, Kate owned an American barbecue restaurant in Zhengzhou, China, and worked in consulting, where she focused on Sino-Western business relationships and challenges.
