The FDA’s recent full authorization of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine - and a Supreme Court decision upholding Indiana University’s vaccine mandate - have many employers considering requiring employees to be fully vaccinated before returning to in-person work. Such mandates have been met with protests in some areas, but many other workers are demanding their employers implement greater COVID-19 safety protocols, including requiring vaccines.
