Laurel Blair Speaks on Asset Management Issues at National Trust Closely Held Business Association 44th Annual Conference

AUSTIN, TEXAS—Womble Bond Dickinson partner Laurel R.S. Blair was a presenter at the National Trust Closely Held Business Association’s 44 th Annual Conference.
Blair joined Andrew Tanner, CFA, Bank of America N.A. Managing Director and National Executive (Private Business Group and Real Estate Services) for a presentation titled, “Forming a Holding Company…Easy, Right?” The presentation focused on strategic options and challenges facing corporate trustees in managing specialty assets and trusts, and explored a variety of governance, operational, risk management and other issues.
The National Trust Closely Held Business Association 44th Annual Conference took place Sept. 9-12 in Austin.
