Ting is a member of the firm’s complex litigation group. She has previously worked in intellectual property and data privacy transactional matters. In addition to litigation, Ting also assists companies with dispute resolution, regulatory inquiries and investigations, and government investigations. Ting is recognized by the IAPP as a certified information privacy professional for the U.S. (CIPP/US).
Ting is fluent in Mandarin and has experience working in Shanghai, China for a U.S. company. She has background in accounting and finance from her previous career. Her business experience allows her to bring a pragmatic and business-oriented approach to issues that the client faces.
