Womble Bond Dickinson's Raleigh and Research Triangle Park offices continue to support Habitat for Humanity of Wake County, with both community service and pro bono legal services.  

On Thursday, May 11, 2023, WBD lawyers and land planners from the Triangle offices participated in a build day at Habitat’s newest 105-home community in Southeast Raleigh. Scott Bowers, and Anne Luke organized the WBD Build Day. The participating team from the Triangle offices also included Beth Jones, Carson Lane, Preston Mitchell, Jon Mize, Anna Willis, Christine Xiao, and Ting Zheng.

Beth Jones has served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Wake County since 2020. She currently serves as First Vice Chair on the FY23 Habitat Board. Partners Paul Fogleman, Richard Prosser, and Larry Moye along with their team members Anne Luke, Connie Aull, Cindy Brewer, Alyssa Alford, Marianne Frati and Lori Gossett have provided pro bono representation of Habitat on both acquisitions of land for residential development, loan modifications, corporate matters, and ultimate sales of homes to Habitat program participants.
