Commercial Real Estate Attorney Beth Settle Joins Womble Carlyle’s Charleston Office

Experienced real estate and transactional attorney Elizabeth W. “Beth” Settle has joined Womble Carlyle’s Charleston office as a Partner.

Settle has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in such areas as commercial real estate acquisitions and development, leasing, commercial loan transactions, entity formation, asset purchase transactions, contract negotiations, title insurance, and exceptional residential and rural real estate transactions. Settle has been ranked as one of The Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law since 2007.
