On behalf of DRI, The Voice of the Defense Bar, Womble Carlyle attorney James Weatherholtz recently testified before the Advisory Committee on Civil Rules in Phoenix.
The subject of his testimony was proposed amendments to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, dealing with class actions. The Advisory Committee on Civil Rules drafts proposed revisions to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on behalf of the federal court system.
James Weatherholtz concentrates his practice on complex litigation, including matters involving product liability, class actions, and construction defects.
