A Womble Bond Dickinson team led by Patrick Strubbe guided Frontier Growth in this transaction. Attorneys Patrick Allen, D. Scott Anderson, Tara Cho, Andy Coburn, Matt Homan, Afzal Karim, Yuechu Li, Shelby Martin, Richard Rainey, Jake Rifkin, Kristen Tieman, Mike Tobin, Volod Usov, and Mark Wiley also participated in this successful $160 million deal.
