Womble Bond Dickinson Partners Luke Cass and Daniella Landers will present at the 2023 Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Annual Meeting in San Antonio, TX. 

Internal Investigations are a critical part of compliance programs, but some lawyers don’t know where to start. Cass’s presentation, “How to Conduct an Internal Investigation”, will show attendees how to conduct internal investigations in small, medium, and large size firms and provide best practices to be used in each scenario.

Environmental, social, governance (ESG) reporting expectations are increasing from regulators, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.  Landers’ panel “Why You May Need an ESG Compliance Program and How to Create One” will explore how attendees can ensure their company meets these expectations by using the tools and techniques of a corporate compliance program.
