RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC—Experienced healthcare attorney Antonia “Toni” Peck has joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner. Peck will practice in the firm’s Research Triangle Park office.

Peck’s practice includes guiding hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, and other healthcare providers in a wide range of regulatory compliance issues, including Stark Law, 340B Drug Pricing Program, anti-kickback statutes, antitrust, and physician recruitment/personnel matters. She also represents healthcare industry clients in corporate and transactional matters, such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations.

Peck has been recognized with a number of professional awards, including being named a North Carolina Lawyers Weekly Rising Star and a Business North Carolina Legal Elite Young Gun. She is a frequent author and speaker on healthcare-related topics, and served on the Law360 Health Editorial Advisory Board.
