ATLANTA—Womble Bond Dickinson client NCR Corporation recently completed the sale of its remaining Interactive Printer Solutions Division assets to Interactive Printer Solutions FZCO (IPS FZCO), a member of the Turbon Group of Companies. These assets included a manufacturing facility in Dubai’s Jebel Ali Free Zone as well as distribution centers located throughout the Middle East and Africa.
