RALEIGH, N.C.—Charter Square, Womble Carlyle’s home in downtown Raleigh, is now officially a LEED Platinum certified building. The 11-story office tower has been named a LEED Platinum building for energy efficiency and sustainability by the US Green Building Council—the highest possible ranking.

Womble Carlyle is the anchor tenant of Charter Square, a new 11-story Class A building located at 555 Fayetteville Street. Charter Square is immediately adjacent to centers of activity, such as the Duke Energy Performing Arts Center, the Raleigh Convention Center and City Plaza. The new office opened in December 2015.

Charter Square was named the state’s Best Commercial Project in the 2015 Building North Carolina Awards by Business North Carolina magazine.
