Womble Bond Dickinson’s Tomio Narita will be a presenter at the Receivables Management Association International’s Annual Conference on February 6 and 7 in Las Vegas. 

On February 6, Tomio will present as an instructor for the Introductory Survey Course for Debt Buying, which is a required course for those seeking to become a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) through RMAI. On February 7, Tomio will be a panelist addressing mass arbitration risk for debt buyers. 

Receivables Management Association International is the nonprofit trade association that represents more than 600 companies that support the purchase, sale, and collection of performing and nonperforming receivables on the secondary market. RMAI member companies work in a variety of financial services fields, including debt buying, collection agencies, law firms, originating creditors, and industry-related product and service providers. 

Tomio, a Partner in WBD’s San Francisco office, is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on defending class actions and high-risk cases filed against consumer financial services industry members.
