WINSTON-SALEM, NC—Experienced corporate transactions, insurance, and commercial real estate attorney Kimberly Richards has rejoined Womble Bond Dickinson after spending the past three-and-a-half years as General Counsel of REIN Technologies (US) Inc. Richards rejoins the firm as Of Counsel in the Winston-Salem office.

Richards has broad transactional experience in corporate, real estate and finance projects. She guides clients through corporate transactions, large-scale financing transactions, commercial contracts, and insurance and licensing agreements. She also has experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and development projects.

Before joining valued Womble Bond Dickinson client REIN in 2017, Richards spent five years as an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

“Kimberly was a valued member of our team during her time here, and since then, she has added skills in the corporate and insurance sectors. That broader range of experiences will greatly benefit our clients and we are glad to have her back with the firm,” said Trent Jernigan, leader of Womble Bond Dickinson’s Real Estate Practice Group.

“Corporate transactions and related practices long have been core services here in the Triad and throughout the firm,” said Kim Kelly Mann, Womble Bond Dickinson’s Winston-Salem Office Managing Partner. “Kimberly’s welcome return will strengthen our already robust team.”
