Bill Ramsey brings more than four decades of legal experience to his practice, with a focus on complex civil and criminal litigation. He is widely respected in the entertainment industry for representing prominent artists, entertainers, and key figures in the music business, including business managers, financial advisors, talent agents, publishers, and record labels. This marks the fourth consecutive year Bill has been named to Billboard's Top Music Lawyers list. He is also recognized in Chambers USA for Litigation: General Commercial (TN) and Litigation: White-Collar Crime & Government Investigations (TN), and is a recipient of the Nashville Bar Foundation's David Rutherford Award, its highest honor.

Mariam Stockton
Mariam Stockton is an entertainment lawyer and trial attorney who advises artists, business managers, and music industry executives through high-stakes business disputes, crisis situations, and strategic decision-making. Her practice spans early risk assessment and relationship planning through litigation and trial, with significant experience in artist-manager disputes, copyright and royalty claims, and other entertainment-related conflicts. This is Mariam's second consecutive year on Billboard's Top Music Lawyers list. She has also been recognized in Best Lawyers in America® for her work in Commercial Litigation.
