Womble Bond Dickinson attorneys David Vance Lucas and Andrew Tuggle will present on "Compliance with US FDI and FOCI" for government contractors. This program is the second in the series aimed to assist small businesses, specifically with a focus on small business involvement with Foreign Direct Investment and resulting in Foreign Ownership Control and Influence (FOCI).
