Inspiring the Next Generation of Leaders and Innovators

While historically Black colleges and universities have a rich legacy of serving Black students, their enrollment is open to individuals of all backgrounds. Reflecting this inclusive spirit, the HBCU Succeed Program extends opportunities to every student interested in participating. HBCU Succeed engages students at HBCUs by delivering thought-provoking leadership insights, inspiring success stories, and valuable networking opportunities.

As one of our professional development programs for students considering a legal career, this initiative – focused on HBCUs within our geographic footprint – helps us engage with schools, connect with top talent, and create pathways for future legal professionals. Participants gain access to thought-provoking leadership insights, inspiring success stories, and valuable connections.
