To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter, law school transcript, undergraduate transcript (Patent Prosecution & Litigation only), and writing sample to our careers portal here.
Your application is complete once we receive your final transcript. If grades are pending, submit your current transcript now and follow up with your final transcript when available.
Applicants should specify their preferred practice area interest and office location in their cover letter. Submit only one application; additional submissions will not be reviewed.
For Patent Prosecution & Litigation candidates: This practice group seeks applicants with technical backgrounds, such as science or engineering degrees qualifying for the Patent Bar Exam, and a strong interest in IP law.
