The global marketplace can be extremely rewarding for forward-looking companies, but expanding into new markets—such as for Japanese companies to expand into the United States and United Kingdom, or for U.S. and UK companies to expand into Japan—may pose challenges. Such companies need experienced legal advisors who can both guide them through legal, business and cultural challenges and provide strategic counsel to help businesses maximize international opportunities, both while transitioning overseas and once they are established there.
Our Team
